No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Orders that have been approved and printed
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish inherent to UV 3D printing
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
If verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
